About Us and Our Team

About Us

Windy City Call Center has been an A+ rated Better Business Bureau business since starting in 2009. Our agents are highly professional and skilled at speaking with our clients’ prospects. Each agent goes through significant house training which ensures they are 100% ready before taking live calls. They also participate in ongoing training programs monthly to make sure they are knowledgeable about the most current company best practices and industry regulations. Our mentorship program pairs experienced reps with new reps to help get them up to speed quickly and efficiently.

By promoting from within as much as possible, we leverage the expertise and experience from our key personnel and this has allowed us to build a very positive and strong culture that has become more of a family than a company. All of our managers and quality assurance specialists started out as representatives on the phone. As a result we have a very passionate and productive group of people. We meet regularly for company events as well as actively participate in charity and teambuilding events with organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House and Feed My Starving Children. Our call center employees take a lot of pride in their work and the company and that translates into a great experience on the phone for our clients and partners.
